PAYMENT OF FEES
The Academic year is divided into 3 terms for payment of fees. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Every student shall be liable to pay the fees for the whole year during any part of the term for which his/her name is on the rolls.
The 1st term fees will be included with other fee during the admission.
If a student fails to pay his/her fees within the stipulated period as given in the calendar, he / she shall have to pay the fee with fine.
If the fees together with fine is not paid within the last day of the fees collection, the student’s name would be removed from the rolls. The deleted name will be displayed in the notice board. For the above period the attendance will not be considered.
The fees must be paid in the college office between 10.30 a.m. to 2.00. p.m. on all working days.
A receipt signed by the Principal shall be issued for the fees payments.
Every student shall pay the prescribed examination fees in the college office according to Andhra University Examination notification along with filled in application.
